chi chi Recipe

A playful twist on the Piña Colada, the Chi Chi swaps vodka in place of rum to create a creamy, refreshing tropical delight.

ServES 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz (60 ml) vodka

  • 3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut

  • 1 cup ice

  • Pineapple wedge for garnish

METHOD

1. Blend

Combine vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour

Serve in a chilled hurricane or highball glass.

3. Garnish

Add a pineapple wedge for the perfect finish.

MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL!

Swap the vodka for 1 oz (30 ml) coconut water to create a refreshing Virgin Chi Chi. Blend with pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy a tropical moment.
