PiÑa Colada Recipe

Escape to the tropics with this creamy and refreshing cocktail. A perfect blend of smooth rum, rich coconut, and bright pineapple juice, the Piña Colada is your island getaway in a glass.

ServES 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz (60 ml) white rum

  • 3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut

  • 1 cup ice

  • Pineapple wedge & cherry for garnish

METHOD

1. Blend

Add white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour

Serve in a chilled hurricane or highball glass.

3. Garnish

Top with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL!

Skip the rum for a Virgin Piña Colada. Combine 3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice, 1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut, and 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry for a tropical treat anyone can enjoy!
