We’re excited to get Bartender's Daughter syrups into your hands (and your glasses). Here’s everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your order.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. We like to think of this as mixing speed with care—because good drinks shouldn’t wait.

We keep things simple:
Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10 | Delivered in 3-7 business days (within metro areas)*.
Express Shipping: Flat rate $15 | Delivered in 1-3 business days (within metro areas)*.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

*While we’ll dispatch on time, delivery times are managed by Australia Post, so we can’t refund for delays outside our control.

We are trialing international shipping as of Feb 17th, 2025 on 250 ml 2 and 4 packs.
How to: Add a 250 ml 2 or 4 pack to your cart and then update your country. Then choose the related international option. Shipping is per pack. We don’t make any money on shipping and pass through the shipping cost from our shipping providers, we are testing this out and finding the most reliable and affordable international options. Hopefully exchange rates to AUD can balance out prices for most countries.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

At Bartender's Daughter, we stand by the quality of our mixers. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it better.
What Can Be Returned:
Items that arrive damaged or faulty.
Incorrect items sent in your order.
If your product is spoiled or compromised upon arrival.
⚠️ Change of Mind: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
How to Request a Return or Refund:
Contact us at hello@bartendersdaughter.co or via our website within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
What Happens Next?
Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement product or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
