Pink Flamingo Recipe

Playful, fruity, and effortlessly refreshing, the Pink Flamingo is as fun as it sounds. The Shirley Syrup gives this cocktail its signature color and a rich cherry-forward flavor, perfectly balanced with vodka and pineapple juice. Smooth, slightly tart, and endlessly drinkable, it’s a tropical favorite.

ServES 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) vodka

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) pineapple juice

  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) The Shirley Syrup

  • Soda water (to top, optional)

  • Pineapple wedge or cherry for garnish

METHOD

1. shake

Combine vodka, pineapple juice, and Shirley Syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well.

2. strain

Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.

2. Top (Optional)

Add a splash of soda water for a lighter, fizzy variation.

4. garnish

Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a cherry for a tropical finish.

MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL!

Replace the vodka with 2 oz (60 ml) coconut water or sparkling water. Shake with pineapple juice and Shirley Syrup, then strain over ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry.
