Lav-elder spritz Recipe
Delicate and botanical, with a fun fizz.
ServES 1
INGREDIENTS
15 ml Bartender’s Daughter Lemon Lavender syrup
15 ml elderflower liqueur
25 ml gin
120 ml sparkling wine
Top with sparkling water or club soda
Lemon twist or lavender sprig to garnish
METHOD
1. Pour
Syrup , liqueuer, and gin over ice in a wine glass
2. Top
With sparkling wine and club soda and stir gently
3. Garnish
With lemon twist or lavender sprig
Make it a mocktail!
Grab your favourite wine glass, pour in 25 ml of lemon lavender syrup and top with sparkling water or club soda - plain or a flavoured sparkling water like mandarin would be delicious. Don’t forget to garnish!
