Hibiscus Rose G+T Recipe
A fresh take on a classic, this gin and tonic blends the aromatic botanicals of gin with the floral, balanced flavour of our Hibiscus Rose Syrup. The tonic water brings a bold, slightly bitter finish, making every sip crisp and refreshing.
ServES 1
INGREDIENTS
30ml (1 oz) gin
30ml (1 oz) Bartender’s Daughter Hibiscus Rose Syrup
120ml (4 oz) tonic water (or just top to taste)
Ice
Culinary flower or lemon (optional garnish)
METHOD
1. Build the base
Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the gin and Hibiscus Rose Syrup. Stir to combine.
2. Top
Top with tonic water and stir gently to mix.
4. garnish and serve
Garnish with a lemon or fun floral garnish, if desired.
Sip and enjoy.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL!
Leave out the gin and add extra tonic. Also delicious with a bit of lemon.
