Lemon lavender garden spritz Recipe
Delicate and botanical, with a citrus lift.
ServES 1
INGREDIENTS
25 ml Bartender’s Daughter Lemon Lavender syrup
30 ml dry gin
90 ml sparkling wine
Lemon twist or lavender sprig to garnish
METHOD
1. Pour
Syrup and gin over ice in a wine glass
2. Top
With sparkling wine and stir gently
3. Garnish
With lemon twist or lavender sprig
Make it a mocktail!
Grab your favourite wine glass, pour in 25 ml of lemon lavender syrup and top with sparkling water - plain or a flavoured sparkling water like mandarin would be delicious. Don’t forget to garnish!
