Lemon lavender spritz Recipe
Delicate and botanical, with a citrus lift.
ServES 1
INGREDIENTS
30 ml Bartender’s Daughter Lemon Lavender syrup
30 ml dry gin
90 ml sparkling wine
Lemon twist or lavender sprig to garnish
Top with soda water (about 30 ml or to your liking)
METHOD
1. Pour
Syrup and gin over ice in a wine glass
2. Top
With sparkling wine and soda water and stir gently
3. Garnish
With lemon twist or lavender sprig
Make it a mocktail!
Grab your favourite wine glass, pour in 25 ml of lemon lavender syrup and top with sparkling water - plain or a flavoured sparkling water like mandarin would be delicious. Don’t forget to garnish!
