A cocktail with history, style, and a vibrant hue, the Jack Rose is a timeless classic. A bold mix of apple brandy, citrus, and a touch of grenadine, it delivers a perfectly balanced sip—smooth, tart, and slightly sweet.
ServES 1
INGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 ml) apple brandy
1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
0.5 oz (15 ml) grenadine
Lime twist for garnish
METHOD
1. shake
Combine apple brandy, lime juice, and grenadine syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
2. strain
Pour into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a lime twist for an elegant finish.

Skip the apple brandy for a refreshing non-alcoholic version. Combine 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice, 0.5 oz (15 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Grenadine Syrup, and 2 oz (60 ml) apple juice. Shake well, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a lime twist.
