Named after the silent film star, this cocktail is as glamorous as its namesake. Our take is a blend of white rum, tropical pineapple, and a splash of The Shirley Syrup, it’s a fruity, vibrant drink that deserves the spotlight.
ServES 1
INGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 ml) white rum
1.5 oz (45 ml) pineapple juice
0.5 oz (15 ml) Bartender’s Daughter The Shirley Syrup
Cherry for garnish
METHOD
1. shake
Combine rum, pineapple juice, and The Shirley Syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well
2. strain
Pour into a coupe or martini glass
3. garnish
Add a cherry for a touch of glamour
