bushwacker Recipe

Indulge in this decadent, dessert-style cocktail. The Bushwacker combines chocolate, coffee, and coconut flavors for a frozen treat you’ll want to sip slowly.

ServES 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz (30 ml) dark rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)

  • 1 oz (30 ml) dark crème de cacao

  • 2 oz (60 ml) milk or half-and-half

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut

  • 1 cup ice

METHOD

1. Blend

Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour

Serve in a chilled glass.

3. garnish

Top with chocolate shavings or grated nutmeg.

MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL!

Skip the rum, coffee liqueur, and crème de cacao. Blend 2 oz (60 ml) milk, 1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut, 1 tsp cocoa powder, and ice until smooth. Garnish with chocolate shavings for a decadent alcohol-free treat.
