Frozen Blue Hawaiian Recipe

Bold in color and flavor, the Frozen Blue Hawaiian combines creamy coconut, tangy pineapple, and vibrant blue curaçao for a tropical cocktail that dazzles.

ServES 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz (30 ml) white rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) blue curaçao

  • 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut

  • 1 cup ice

METHOD

1. Blend

Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour

Serve in a chilled hurricane or highball glass.

3. garnish

Add a cherry and pineapple wedge for a tropical finish.
