INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz brandy
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz grenadine syrup
0.5 oz soda water (up to 1 oz if you want a little more fizz)
Lemon peel for garnish
METHOD
1. SHAKE
Add brandy, lemon juice, and grenadine syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well.
2. Strain
Strain (we like to double strain!) into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Top
Add soda water, adjusting the amount to your liking.
4. Garnish
Twist a lemon peel over the drink and drop it in for a zesty finish.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL!
Skip the brandy for a Daisy Mocktail. Combine 1 oz apple or white grape grape juice, 0.5 oz lemon juice, and 0.5 oz grenadine. Add a splash of soda water and a few drops of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon for a warm, spiced twist. Garnish with a lemon peel for a bright, sophisticated sip.
